Ascorbic Glow Essence

Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate (THD) is an oil-soluble, pH-neutral vitamin C derivative that converts to L-ascorbic acid on the skin. It is more shelf-stable than L-AA, doesn't oxidize to orange, and doesn't sting on sensitive skin. We use it at 10% in a lightweight essence base that absorbs in 30 seconds and primes the skin for serum.

Antioxidant defense in the morning, brightening support in the evening. Layer after cleansing and before serum. The 100 mL bottle is sized for a full routine — pour into the palm or onto a cotton round and press into the skin.
